6/1/2009 - Minnesota Twins Market Research


CIS partnered with the Minnesota Twins to conduct market research related to Target Field. CIS worked on several research initiatives related to the new stadium over the course of the venue’s construction. Surveys were conducted online with various targeted ticket holder groups including season ticket holders, single game ticket purchasers and premium seat holders. The surveys provided feedback on various concepts including seating preferences, ticket pricing, parking & transportation, group ticket sales, single-game ticket purchasing habits and other related topics. The analysis CIS provided helped the Twins organization understand the perceptions and potential ticket buying habits of their core customers.
