1/15/2009 - CIS partners with SMG for 2009


CIS partners with SMG to perform market research at events held in Oklahoma City’s premier public assembly facilities.

SMG hired CIS as their market research partner to conduct intercept survey initiatives at approximately 50 events held in the Ford Center and Cox Business Services Convention Center over the first six months of 2009. The purpose of the survey initiative is to evaluate attendees’ customer service satisfaction with each facility. Respondents are asked to rate numerous topics such as game day atmosphere, activities, cleanliness, vendors and other related topics. The results from the surveys allow SMG to proactively respond to the collected data virtually in real-time to ensure that each facility maintains their standing as the premier event day experience in the marketplace.
