In January of 2008, CIS was selected by the City of Phoenix to develop and implement a comprehensive survey system for the Phoenix Convention Center Department (PCCD).
In January of 2008, CIS was selected by the City of Phoenix to develop and implement a comprehensive survey system for the Phoenix Convention Center Department (PCCD). As part of this two-year engagement, CIS will provide a wide array of market research services including but not limited to intercept surveys, online and email surveys and telephone surveys to evaluate the customer satisfaction and economic impacts related to the operation of the City’s renovated convention center and select downtown entertainment facilities. The system will provide ongoing research services to gather and analyze performance and customer satisfaction information to support the PCCD’s mission of becoming the premier convention and entertainment complex in North America.
