The Magic renewed their annual contract to conduct unlimited market research utilizing both PDAs and online survey instruments.

The Magic renewed their annual contract to conduct unlimited market research utilizing both PDAs and online survey instruments. The team conducts intercept surveys at each home game often collecting up to 500 submissions per game. In addition, the team routinely conducts online surveys with Magic stakeholders including non-game event attendees, sponsors, internal staff and other related groups.
