Minnesota Twins Conduct PDA Intercept Surveys at Twins Fest
The Minnesota Twins conducted PDA intercept surveys at TwinsFest, their annual offseason fundraiser held at the Metrodome, in which fans get the opportunity to meet past and present players, coaches and front office personnel, purchase tickets and merchandise and participate in numerous activities and attractions. Over the three-day event, nearly 350 surveys were completed collecting information on topics including attendance factors, anticipated game attendance, event satisfaction and likelihood to return.
