Green Bay Packers Conduct Online Survey of Fan Fest Attendees
The Green Bay Packers collected direct market feedback from attendees of their Fan Fest event. The event, held each offseason at Lambeau Field, gives fans the opportunity to get up close and personal with many of their favorite Packers players, past and present, as well as the coaching staff and front office personnel. Event attendees were given business cards which included the survey link instructing them to complete an online survey pertaining to the event for a chance to win Packer merchandise. The team collected valuable feedback related to respondent's ticket and merchandise purchasing, game attendance and overall event satisfaction from over 300 attendees.
