Orlando Magic Complete Another Successful Season Collecting Game Attendee Feedback

With their elimination from the NBA playoffs, the Orlando Magic completed their 2006-2007 in-game and post-game market research initiatives. Over the course of the season, the Magic conducted in-game PDA intercept surveys at all home games at TD Waterhouse Centre covering such topics as halftime entertainment, concessions, staff performance, merchandise, sponsors and overall satisfaction. In addition, following each home game, the Magic distributed online surveys to individuals that purchased single-game tickets online. In total, the Magic collected nearly 14,000 completed surveys over their 81 home dates. The information obtained was utilized by Magic management to proactively respond to their customers, enhancing the overall fan experience.
