The Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority conducted PDA intercept surveys at the 4th annual Reno River Festival, a world-class kayaking competition and festival held on the Truckee River in downtown Reno. The festival showcases kayaking at its best with a weekend full of competitions, demos, clinics, live music and an expo featuring the hottest products on the market. The RSCVA collected feedback from nearly 950 event attendees over the 4-day festival. Survey topics included respondent demographics, anticipated spending levels, accommodations, and satisfaction levels with the event and destination.
