6/9/2006 - American Airlines Center Conducts Season Ticket Holder Surveys
The American Airlines Center conducted their annual online survey of season ticket holders following the Mavericks and Stars 2005-2006 seasons. Over the month of June, the AAC was able to collect 1,698 surveys from Mavericks and Stars season ticket holders. The surveys covered topics including the respondent's overall satisfaction with the arena, gameday atmosphere, concessions, ingress and egress and other related topics. These surveys are conducted annually by the AAC and provide arena management with a blueprint on how to continually improve the experience of event attendees.
