6/1/2006 - Rutgers University Conducts Online Surveys of Ticket Holders
In May, the Rutgers University Athletic Department conducted an online survey of football season ticket holders to determine their interest in various potential improvements being considered to Rutgers Stadium. Respondents were initially asked questions regarding their current gameday experience followed by their interest in purchasing premium seating options provided that the program continues to improve and certain potential enhancements were made to the stadium. Nearly 450 surveys were collected and provided the Athletic Department with real-time, quantitative data regarding the preferences of their ticket holders.
