Web-based survey results are automatically delivered to the Custom Intercept
Solutions server and PDA results are sent from the client's PC by simply connecting the device to your computer.
PDA Surveys - Clients will receive an initial package from CIS containing the PDA's as well as all the necessary equipment to
conduct surveys for the term of their contract. In addition, CIS will provide initial training for set-up and PDA usage as well as
insightful tips for generating the best results.Clients can utilize their own in-house staff to conduct surveys or CIS can coordinate the deployment of survey staff.
The PDA's are extremely user-friendly, respondents can follow the on-screen prompts themselves or client staff can interview the respondent and enter data for them.
The mobility of the PDA allows you to obtain direct market research anywhere. The PDA survey process fits seamlessly in most organizations' existing business model.
For example, sports franchises and convention centers generally employ event staff that regularly communicate with attendees and can be used to conduct surveys;
cashiers at retail and service locations can ask customers to fill out a quick survey during check-out or while in the waiting area and servers or hostesses at
restaurants can drop-off a PDA at a table when patrons finish their meal. Additionally, multiple surveys can be kept
on each PDA for different applications. In general, incentives are not necessary to obtain a high percentage of
receptiveness, however, they can be used to maximize penetration.
Survey results are captured on the PDA until synchronized with the client's PC. The synchronization process is simple, just plug the PDA into your computer
and survey results are automatically submitted to Custom Intercept Solutions via the Internet and are posted to your secure website.
Web-Based Surveys - Custom Intercept Solutions offers web-based and email surveys to be utilized as stand-alone research efforts or combined with
PDA surveying to increase market penetration. The client receives the same level of customer service during
the survey creation process and ongoing support regardless of the distribution method they choose. Once an
online survey is programmed, it is posted on the CIS server.
Clients can then either direct respondents to
the survey by posting a link on their website, providing the web address on sales receipts or other materials or by sending it out via email. The results
of each completed survey are automatically submitted to the CIS server via the Internet and are posted to the client's secure website.
