Clients can design their own surveys, select questions from CIS's database of industry-specific questions or work directly with
CIS personnel to develop their questionnaire. Our professionals can draw on the experience
of having provided market research services to hundreds of clients across various industries. Once the client provides
final approval of the
survey instrument, Custom Intercept Solutions programs the survey.
Based on the platform the client chooses to utilize for survey distribution, CIS either posts the survey online or loads the survey
onto handheld PDA's.
Custom Intercept Solutions provides ongoing assistance with survey creation to ensure they remain focused and fresh.
Clients that sign up for multiple survey packages are provided with all the necessary hardware, software and instructions to download
subsequent surveys onto the PDA's themselves.
